This 2014 project is one that hits close to home. Christmas 2013 was unfortunate for a local family who lost everything in a house fire. Intella homes was proud to be a part of the reconstruction and restoration of their family home. This project is now complete and had significant increase from the originals homes energy efficiency. Besides the energy upgrades this home home now boasts several custom aspects through out the home as well!

ALSAKAN RETIRMENT DREAM HOME
This home was a very fun build, we did are last concrete pour in November in built it through the dark window. it turned out awesome and now these amazing clients can enjoy their relaxing years far from the city lights!!!!

As you may know winters in Alaska can be quite frigid, and our beautiful summers can be quite hot. Intella Homes has built this 6 star energy rated home, with 16 inch walls and a dense pack insulation technique. This innovative way to insulate these massively thick walls, allows the home to use significantly less heating oil than your average 6 inch wall. The walls of this home keep heat in and the cold out in winter, and keep the cool air in and any unwanted heat out in summer.
